| Development
continues apace in the Newtown area to the north of the town with new estates
going up and Gorleston begins widening out towards the Bradwell area. The
new Yarmouth Newtown railway halt on Salisbury Road can also be seen.
Most stations remain open apart from Gorleston North which closed following bomb damage in 1942. |
